Coutts Expands to North Sydney

We are excited to advise that, as of today, well known commercial specialist, Jay Sheffield and his team has formed a joint venture with Beaumont Property Group to build Coutts’ presence on the lower north shore with the opening today, of Coutts North Sydney.

Jay Sheffield, current Managing Director, with over 20 years in the North Sydney commercial market, will continue to lead the team. Most of the team will remain with the business.

Coutts are specialists in commercial/industrial/retail property sales, leasing and management business tracing its roots to the early 1960s. Coutts has nine offices across the northern, northwestern, western and southwestern markets.

Beaumont Property Group now comprises over 140 staff across its offices and includes a significant commercial strata management arm, Beaumont Strata Management, and a residential strata management business, Waratah Strata Management.
